Ranchito Mexican Restaurant did such a great job on our catering order! I ordered a 1/2 pan and 1/3 pan of two different meats, plus a 1/3 pan of rice, and everything was delicious. I also picked up a 16 oz side of their salsa verde (SO good!), and the owner even threw in a side of their spicy salsa, which was amazing. I love that they offer pans of meat and sides without requiring you to commit to a full taco bar. My sister and I handled all the toppings ourselves — chopping onion, cilantro, making homemade guac, pico, etc— but we really wanted the meats taken care of so we could focus on the rest of the party prep. They truly saved us so much time, and the pricing was very affordable for the quality and quantity we received. Definitely recommend Ranchito for anyone needing convenient and delicious catering!
